My Order No.Lsb-747341 - Cancel The Whole Order

My order number ISB-747341. What these guys just did last evening is cancelled the freebies and not the whole order. I had requested them to cancel my whole order as I don’t want them; I’ll buy from a physical store.


These guys were unable to provide me a time frame when they gonna deliver my order. Their website and software is so pathetic; it shows wrong status of the order.


I have wasted my hard earned money on calls to their customer care; I call means- rs. 30 -50. Already wasted Rs. 200/- on calls to track my order.


They should have provided 24 x 7 customer support & a toll free number; because so many people are working, they don’t have time- that’s why they placed online order - how would they be able to contact customer care in normal working hour? And during normal working hours, their line so busy- that girl voice (IVR) keeps repeating same pathetic dialogue.


The final statement i would like to say- be honest otherwise your business would be ruined. Also, cancel the whole order you fools (see the attachment for what you guys did). Order which has been canceled showing "in process".
