First of all I wish to say that I did not have any problem with the delivery period. I received the product in 3 days. The Packaging was very good and along with the rates, delivery period etc. they are better than most.
On the other hand, if a company sends you a different product from what you ordered then they make it very difficult for us to recommended them to anyone. I understand that it was a mistake and have given them a chance to rectify it.
Although another product that I had ordered SKULLCANDY INK’D earphones were delivered with proper packing and in record time.
The Situation
I ordered a PS3 320GB+Move Starter Pack Bundle from them on 20 Aug. and received the product on 24.
As I had ordered COD, I couldn’t open the package before paying the delivery guy. As soon as I payed, he took off.
Then when I opened the product, I was shocked to see that I had been delivered a PS3 320GB with Killzone 3.
I called the customer service and they apologized for the mistake, I was told that Move Starter pack would be delivered within the next 3-4 days. Just to confirm, I contacted the customer service and was told by another customer representative to not use the product.( A product that I had already paid for). She also told me to send pictures of the product delivered and that another department would contact me soon.
I have sent a mail with pictures of the product delivered to the specified mail address.

Have been contacted by the Letsbuy team and have been assured that the Move Starter Pack will be dispatched today and that I am allowed to keep the Killzone 3 disk that came with the other pack.
THIS IS VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE by LETSBUY and I AM VERY HAPPY by THEIR CUSTOMER REPS BEHAVIOUR.
Will give them 3 STARS now and when my STARTER PACK is delivered, I will improve the rating to 4 STARS.
WHEN THE STARTER PACK IS DELIVERED, I WILL Recommend the site to anyone I know and I will start ordering from the site again.
For now the title is RIGHT PRODUCT PROMISED but After the PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, I will change it to right product delivered.

The product promised (Sony PS3 Move Starter Pack) was delivered today at around 12.
Very Impressed by the Service as I had been told the product was dispatched yesterday.
Would recommend to people because even though they made a mistake, they rectified the mistake and went the extra mile t help a customer.
