Be careful while buying from Letsbuy

I had placed Order for Toshiba 32" HD LCD TV 32HV10Z on 27/10/2011. But I haven’t received it till date. Status on website shows dispatched by hand on 29/10/2011. They are in Gurgaon and delivery was to be at Delhi. They dispatched on 29th Oct and today it is 1st Nov so I have no idea where the product is now.


I emailed them today morning but I haven’t received a reply/acknowledgement till now. On phone support u have to wait endlessly till u become bored and disconnect. I don’t know how to contact them now.
