I first ordered an item with promised delivery of three days and it was not delivered. I called back and they said that they cant deliver to that address but also apologised that they did not call me to let me know. The agent was genuinely surprised that the call back did not happen to inform me.
They processed the refund immediately. After that I reordered the item to a different address and I got it next day (two days early). Item was in good condition, sealed pack from manufacturer, shipping packaging was good.
