No idea where my product is My Order # LSB-759767

I had very good prior experience with letsbuy.com. With that trust I order again. But this time it has gone worst. I ordered 3 items- Philips QT4019 Trimmer, BPL U Lite L 650 Emergency Light, Intex Usb Hub 4 Port. But I am yet to receive any of these.


They sent me shipping details....When I entered the info in Bluedart service I see the status " order is returned to Origin". It seems like letsbuy is just selling their products and forget about their customers...they never mind to make sure whether the product has got delivered on time or at least delivered. Yesterday (9 Jan 2012), Pawan one of letsbuy team member called me and assured for reshipping the item that I have ordered.


But no updates after that... still waiting for further updates from him on reshipping my items. On 14 Jan 2012 , I received my order partially.. I was shocked to see that the products delivered are all seems to be used, lot of scratches. nothing is new.


And one of the product is damaged too. For letsbuy - Why the hell you are sending me used products. I only ordered for new products. If you do not have new products, then shut your service and site down. This is really terrible, after a very long wait for delivery , I only got these useless stuff.


One of my other product (Philips timmer) is yet to be delivered, will you guys planning to send another used product?
