A mistake to shop online with letsbuy.com

Hi, This is about an unfortunate experience with Lestbuy.com, I placed an order online  for Blackberry playbook.


At the time of placing the order website showed a number of playbook’s available (I ordered one) and I choose letsbuy over Flipkart to order the product (my biggest mistake).


Now at the time of delivery I am being informed that there is no stock of the playbook and can be replaced with one of the Samsung tab tablet (which I am not interested in) or refund the money.


I have lost the opportunity of placing the order elsewhere, since there is no stock available.


This has been embarrassing moment for me to believe letsbuy.com, I should have not been allowed to place an order if there was no stock or inform me the very next day about the limitations so that I could place an order elsewhere.
