Fom LetsBuy I bought an Electric Kettle, Instant Geyser 3Ltr, Samsung NetBook with free data card, Non-Stick Pan. Each time I used some coupons. So got an awesome deal. All the products were delivered within a week with great packing.
But customer service is not so great. First of all its very difficult to get the line. Secondly there is contradictory resolutions provided by different representatives. For my Netbook, after the transaction was completed, I did not get a confirmation from letsbuy. So I called up customer care.
The customer service person told me that "the coupon I have used for discount is not valid!" What funny explanation? I asked him, "then how come letsbuy accepted the transaction and deducted the money from my card?". He told, he’s not sure, and the money will be refunded.
I called up again, and some other representative picked up. He told me that the transaction was valid and they will deliver my product within a week.
And as promised, I received it in one week time. :)
