A Very Bad experience buying Mobile : Galaxy 3

Another unhappy customtakeouter who went after to save a few bucks!

The price looked Ok(not much of a difference, about 300 - 400 rupees) then the wait to get the product is endless. I placed the order on the 21st and got a confirmation as to receipt of payment. And today is 28th and I still have not heard from them yet. Send out more than 3-4 emails. The last reply I got was they would be shipping the product on the 27th and I would be intimated. I still have not heard from them yet.

This makes me wonder if its really worth the wait of 8 days already(not sure when I would get the product) to save 300 rupees when I can go down the road at Bangalore and get the product.

Update on 29th: Still no response from letsbuy on shippment!

Finally got reply from Letsbuy. Experiencing the same issue that few customtakeouters are facing @ letsbuy - they do not have stock and no date as to when they will get the stock. If many users are experiencing the same stock issue and shipping defect items, its time they really taught of the business model!

Reply from letsbuy: We would like to inform you that Samsung company is having stock issue. We will intimate you once we get stock confirmation.

They do not take any pain to even call you and keep you posted. the way this transaction is going looks like i’ll end making a lot of STD calls that will end up eating the saving they promise.

Not sure if the readers noticied there was comment to my post from letsbuy asking for the order number. Now that’s removed;-(
