1.  I started shopping with Letsbuy.com in July2011 and I ordered a mobile Samsung Galaxy Pro for 8, 990/-. This mobile was available in all mobile markets for 8, 990/- but I ordered it from Letsbuy and waited for 4 days to receive the phone as they were offering a free Jabra Bluetooth handset as offer.


I received the mobile on time and in good condition and packaging but to my surprise the Jabra handsfree was missing. I called customer care and told them about this, they asked if I had taked any screenshot of the offer when I ordered the mobile, which unfortunately I didn’t and now there was no offer with the mobile. They taught me a lesson "ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOT OF THE PRODUCT, ORDER ETC". Since then I always take screen shots of all the orders I have placed on net. But after few phone calls to them, the issue was resolved and I received the bundled offer handsfree which currently is my lifeline because the place where I am, I have to keep my phone in window for the signal.*


2. I ordered a Nokia mobile for my cousin, which was delivered on time and in nice packing. This was quick. (additional 10% discount because of coupons received after I ordered my Samsung mobile)*


3. I ordered a Casio watch as gift for my sister, best offer available on whole internet for the watch, its MRP was 6990/- and no where I was getting it less than 6000/- but I got it for 4722/-  (10% additional discount on Letsbuy price). GOOD DEAL. But in this order there was delay for which I mailed them and they did deliver it with delay of 5 days)*


4. I ordered a Belkin DC-AC power adaptor (the one which converts from 12v DC Cigarette lighter socket of a car to 220v AC), again best deal with additional 10% discount , I ordered it just the next day I ordered the watch and it was delivered in 3 days and before the watch. *


5.  THIS IS THE BEST EXPERIENCE


I ordered a sony camcorder costing 21900/- on 16 dec 2011, after ordering I realized that I don’t require it (After getting scolding from my mother),  so I called Letsbuy.com to modify my order to a Sony laptop costing 29, 990/-.  At first customer care executives themselves were not aware that an order can be modified for which I gave reference of their website’s FAQ.  They agreed upon and told me to transfer difference amount to their account, which I would have done but was unable to do as I could not register them as a Payee on my bank site, so I requested  them to cancel the order. They said it will take 21 Days for the refund. Today the money for the camcorder was refunded to my credit card account. Not even 10 days from the date of order. Thats called FAST.


No false promises, best offers, hats off to their flexibility, and customer service.
