I’m Krishnam from Vizag and I do a lot of on-line shopping. I don’t trust on-line shopping sites easily. I first test with a small order. Once I am satisfied with small orders service I go for a big order and also keep shopping with them.
I first placed a small order of worth Rs 500+ and ordered a Solar Lamp. The service was excellent. I especially love Blue Dart Courier services that Letsbuy uses.
And then I placed an order for NIKON DSLR D5100(with AF S 18-55mm VR Kit) its Rs 38, 000+.
I am a regular shopper at Flipkart but this product was not available with then at this point of time. And also the free gifts that were added to the DSLR camera was not apt and great. And there is no EMI option with 0% interest on any Credit Card.
Now let me explain the strongest points about shopping with Letsbuy.com
1) Products are original.(Its same with all major online shopping sites.)
2) Customer Service is just great((Its same with all major online shopping sites.)
3) Goodies or free gifts with the product. [In this area Letsbuy is just great. The free gifts are just apt for the product you buy. For example - They gave me a tripod and a 8 GB stick that I can use with the camera. This does not happen with all shopping portals. Other shopping portals provide goodies or gifts but they are not apt for the actual product that we buy. So Letsbuy.com is a clear winner here)
4) EMI option with 0% Interest for Citi Credit Cards [ Letsbuy.com steals the buyer’s heart with this option. This is just great. In the beginning I was bit confused about it while I was doing some research about this. But I found that it works. I simply selected 3 EMI’s option while checking out and it worked as they promised. Usually every bank offers EMI facility but they charge some interest and processing charges but what Letsbuy.com does is simply great. For Citi bank Credit Card holder there is no extra charge for converting the total amount in to 3 or 6 EMIs. This is a great option which I guess no other online shopping site is offering.
5) Packing and Delivery (Its same with all major online shopping sites.)
If I ever have to buy products of high value then I would come back to Letsbuy.com because I have EMI with 0% interest offer. It makes life easier.
It would be great if they extend the EMI with 0% interest on other cards as well.
Conclusion:
Letsbuy.com is a paradise for on-line shoppers. It wins when it comes to EMI with 0% interest(for Citi Credit Card Holders)+ Free Goodies that make sense.
