Targus backpacks not deliverd no money refund

I ordered 2 targus backpacks on 3 of march ...which were supposed to be delived within 2 to 4 days . I contacted there customer care almost everyday but their response was not at all satisfactory. After 10 days they said the bag was not available and however on checking the site , they have increased its price and its in stock. Very unprofessional behavior from LETSBUY team...they should learn to maintain logistics and customer experience both. Learn some business ethics and professional terms than upload products for sale on your site.  Pathetic customer experience.


I would never recommend anyone to buy from LETSBUY.
