LETSBUY PATHETIC AND NON TRUSTABLE SERVICE
I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 13-July-2011. Letsbuy mailed me that the product is
dispatched on the same day for shipment and I will received it in 5 days. Till date I have not received.
The customer care is so careless and dont know how to talk with customers. Their web site never show the status of your shipment.
Letusbuy customer care asks you to contact another worst service provider Aramex to track your shipment.
Till now I have not received the product. My sincere suggestion is not to go with these kind of sites.
Here I am attaching the screenshot of my shipment status. They took 4 days to deliver after it reached their Bangalore facility.
So, its my final recommendation not to go with Letsbuy.com, they are not a professional service vendor.
If you want to give anything surprise to your LOVED ones, Letsbuy will disappoint you and you will get disappointed.
ISSUES WITH LETSBUY,
1.) They have informed me that there is a technical problem in their site to show the shippment status
2.) I have called letsbuy and asked about status, they informed me that it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days without failure.
3.) I have send couple of mails regarding the status of my order, all I receive is same old
senseless answer that they will process it soon.
i am waiting to receive my product.!
CONCLUSION:
I have done somany online transaction, but till now I have not seen such a pathetic and non
trustable service ever.!
I really dont know why samsung website is having a link to order mobiles from letsbuy.!
