I placed an order for a Samsung laptop, partly paid order. For 15 days I followed for the order, however no response from the company. Finally they said they don’t have the product, which I placed order for. and asked me to take another product, a substandard product. It is a strategy to sell their sub standard products.
The service is horrible, the customer care is arrogant, the so called CEO is a peon, a non decision making entity. There are few guys who would try to negotiate with customers in selling fake, sub standard products. Kaushik C and Deepak.
