Worst Customer serviceon earth

I purchased Yes MP3 player(Order No. LSB-768728). The product delivered was a dead product. Now began my torture at the hands of their so called Customer Support. First of all to talk to their representative on phone you have to wait for at least 10 minutes and some times telephone calls cost more than the product itself. Then their response is send this complaint by email. Anyhow after about struggling they agreed to replace the product and arranged pickup.


To my worst surprise I was delivered same defective piece after about 10 days of pickup. Neither it was repaired, nor replaced. Now I am not getting any response to my emails.


Then I wrote a review about their service on their website, then came immediate reply that this review can’t be published.
