Letsbuy - order not received yet

I ordered a mobile phone Samsung E1175 on 11-02-2012 (order number is LSB-841819). Today is 21-02-2012 but product is not delivered to me yet and status is still in progress...I contacted to customer service then answer was not satisfactory.


Can you please let me know the expected and actual delivery time of my order.
