I have placed an order for Samsung 3 Series Laptop NP300E5Z-A08IN Laptop on 2nd November, 2011.


Today its 16th day and its not delivered yet. I called up the customer care several times but not getting a proper response. The response I am getting is "Product is not available with us. Waiting for the manufacturer to send it". I am not blindly cursing them for this delay. I understand their difficulties. I do not mind about this delay. But all I am expecting is a genuine reply. Please let me know when I will be getting my laptop.


I hope you can understand how one would feel if he gives 31, 500 bucks and not getting a proper response.
