Lets Not Buy Again.

I very much like to buy products online from Flipkart.com.I recommend flipkart to all my friends.I was searching a LG 23 Inc LED Monitor which was not available with flipkart.It was available with Letsbuy.com.I read that letsbuy.com is now with Flipkart.So I ordered this without any hesitation with full online payment because I trust Flipkart. Now it is 7 days and I am waiting for my product to deliver which was supposed to reach to me within 2-4 days.I have called and mailed to customer care but CE is saying that there is no information when it will deliver to me and I have to wait for 24-48 hour.I have also called after 48 hours and got same reply again I have to wait for 24-48 hour.The customer care executives are so rude that they are continuously repeating the one line.Now again I am again waiting for next 48 hours.:)

Day 10th May 2012....


Finally I got a shipment tracking number after lots of mail and telecons but I was surprised when I tried to track item on courier website .I got message "Invalid tracking number".I called again to letsbuy and think what ..he said tracking number will be traceable after 24-48 hours and when number will traceable then he can say about item delivery day and time......:(


Day 14th May 2012....


Today my shipment tracking number is traceable and I have already spoke to courier company , They are saying that the item will be deliver today so I am waiting for my product and very much excited to see what would be in the box????....:)

Finally I got my LED Monitor .Product packing was good.No damage and product quality is also excellent.


Conclusion : -


It was a horrible experience because it was my prepaid order of Rs.9, 000 +.So if you wish to buy from letsbuy then think for one more time and then place a Cash On delivery Order .
