Myself dr tushar m ishnava order few things on 12/04/12 order no (lsb-992751) till date i have received dry iron which is working perfectly & bergner 4 pcs bakeware set bg-2004002 in which i got broken lid of casserole in shipment which i sent it back via fedex india on 25/04/2012 tracking number (876855481422). Fedex website showing that product was delivered on 27/04/2012 , but till date i didn’t get any response from your side despite lodging complain six times on your customer care every time customer executive said that wait for 24-48 hrs. Its so embarrassing to me.this is my last effort to solve this problem if you people not able solve then i have to lodge complain in consumer court.this is my second bad experience from letsbuy.com & shipment agency. I purchased many items till date from letsbuy.com if you are giving such service to your valuable customer then i have to think before placing order on your website again. Please consider this things seriously. Please do needful as early as possible.


Another blunder by letsbuy.com


I ordered window a.c (lsb -1044637) on 9/05/2012 . I got my window a.c lg (lwa5br3d) without remote control. What the hell is going on? Please don’t buy anything from letsbuy.com. If letsbuy.com executive are reading this then reply me immediately..
