Worst online shopping expirience of my entire life

I have purchased 42" LED from letsbuy.com, I got my product but these are issues which I would like to share with you all.

  1. Wrong information: I got 2 different airway number from 2 different courier companies, everytime I call Letsbuy.com, they were giving me position which were completely incorrect.

  2. Product was deliver in 12 days, whereas as per them it was dispatched on very 2nd day of order.

  3. Customer care were always disconnecting my call after providing the details to them.

  4. Letsbuy have committed to provide 2200+ payback points which is still not credited to my Payback account, almost 3 months passed.

  5. I have given my review comment on their site which they declined to publish, but they accepted on mail that they have done mistake.

Very unprofessional attitude and service from Letsbuy.com
