Worst online shoppie I have ever used!

This I am writing with complete frustration, bcos of an order I placed with these guys.I like online shopping, and I do it very frequently. I see this is one of the most worst online shoppie I ever seen.Short description about my problem, I have ordered a 23"monitor and a couple of pen drive a week before(order no: LSB-1037867).I called these guys for the availability of this particular products before placing this order(as it took nearly a month to deliver me a product last time order order no : LSB-853523).Website says, they will deliver me the product with in 2-4 working days,  I called them on 5th day to ask about the my product delivery, they said "they have registered a complaint against my delay in order and to get back to me through phone with in 24-48 hrs" I waited till that time, as I received no calls from them, I called them today to ask about the progress, now they say, they don have the product and they have placed an order for the same.When I asked for approx date of delivery, they have no answers. And the customer care guy is very irritating by reading the same words watever it is displayed in their monitor. For nearly 10 min, he was repeating the same words.


I couldn’t even cancel the order, as they say it will take approximately 21 days to give back the money.I am really pissed off thinking what to do now. "CUSTOMERS PLS BE AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THESE WEBSITE"


One more thing, they say they deliver all over India, but they don’t really do it!!!
