I have ordered Samsung Series 3 NP300E5Z-S07IN Notebook on March 1, 2012(LSB-887751). They promised that within 4-7 working days the laptop will be delivered. But till now I haven’t received. Even the order status in the site is showing still "In Process". I don’t know how many days they need to ship it. I’m getting every day mail to my id that my order has been delayed due to some uncontrollable circumstances. I don’t know what are those circumstances. Now there are no strikes, bandhs, disasters for getting delayed. But there are no such things. Even if the shipping is from Gurgaon the delivery wont take more than 7 days.
If the product is not available now then why they posted in the site that this is available and will be shipped in 4-7 working days. Even for my friend Gopinath, the same thing happened. For him also they took around 20 days to deliver laptop after making repeated calls to customer care. I thought some times it may get delayed but not every time. Thats why my brilliant friend Mr.Hari ordered laptop from flipkart and he got it within promised date.
