This is regarding one complaint which I want to inform here. I bought Philips DSP60N 5.1 music system and had some complaints and wrote the below review on letsbuy website. But they didn’t post.

About letsbuy: Good deal. About Aramex/letbuy parcel: Though it was packed well, had some minor dent on the edges backside. About Philips: It was a faulty piece, with front left port not working. Called philips customer care, technician came and resolved on the same day. Sound is good, but not great. Prefer saying good value for money. ===============================================================================


They simply ignored saying violating policies. When I followed up 2 times with customer care, and they couldn’t even say what policy is violating and now NO response. I even mentioned good satisfaction in the review. I also had sent photos to customer care showing the dents on the product.


My order number LSB-933092. I would NOT recommend letsbuy to anyone due to the only reason for POOR customer service and the reviews they are keeping is only the supporting ones. This is NOT good for any merchandise business.
