I gifted my brother a htc sensation order no. 928644 on his birthday and as an offer I was supposed to get branded bluetooth headset worth Rs.1000 and norton mobile security.
First of all there was a delivery issues and later on I got the cell phone but free accessories were missing. Then after calling u so many times u people finally shipped the accessories and when yesterday he opened the box it contain totally unbranded bluetooth headset which is not even working.
The people at letsbuy.com tried to make us fool and they have packed Mars bluetooth device in CallMate box. I am sending you the picture of the bluetooth headset along with box so that u can have a look how branded this piece is and I don’t trust u and I am not sure what all u might have done with my htc sensation which I purchased from you. Letsbuy.com is cheating with the people by offering with the free gifts to attract the customer and later on when they place the orders letsbuy tend to send fake products by packing them in a branded box. I checked your website and bluetooth headset which are around Rs.500 are better then Rs. 1000 headset which u sent to me.
I would like you to refund Rs. 23, 999.00 and I will send u the phone back along with fake acc.
