Faulty product

I ordered an HTC sensation from letsbuy.com. It took forever to deliver the product.There was a free strontium 16GB micro SD card as an offer with the phone.


When I received the card, it was faulty and was not working. I called up the customer service and they very conveniently told me that once the product is delivered they r not responsible for it and I will have to speak to the strontium guys. After a lot of to and fro, I finally get a reply from the strontium guys that I will have to courier the product to them and will have to pick up the replacement from their office only after 30 days.


I think it is lets buy’s responsibility to replace the product and not make the customer run behind the warranty as in the first place they have shipped the faulty piece.


Guys please do not fall for the promos and the pricing that lets buy offers as in exchange they ship the wrong/defected products. The customer service is the most pathetic and useless that I have ever come across as they just have scripted answers for everything and they cant really take any decisions.I am a regular online buyer and I have always received the product within the time given.


Also, they take full responsibility of their products and if faulty replace it at the highest priority. After all they understand what customer satisfaction is all about, unlike lets buy. I am definitely not buying again from this site as my very first experience was the worst ever. Delay in shipment, no communication, faulty product all in one order.
