Complete dissapointment

I had ordered a Sony VAIO laptop.They delivered the laptop without the charger saying it to be out of stock. They took full payment of the product at the time of delivery and promised to deliver the charger asap. It is three months now and they are yet to fulfill their promise.The customer service hardly picks up the call and the service is horrible.All my mails also goes on waste.So, shopping with letsbuy is really a bad idea.I am personally very dissapointed.
