Had heard about letsbuy.com regarding shopping.
letsbuy also featured in TV Ads during Cricket Series between India-England.
First Checked on MS regarding Reviews.
but Tried to give it shot by using COD Option and least Value Product.
Finally Came across Toys Section and selected a toy with a price of Rs149/- with option to pay on COD!
so I decided to purchase it. added to my shopping cart and chose COD Option to my surprise message flashed "COD Orders only above Rs 250/-"
this is absolute case of misinformation and inconvenience.
again I tried to give a shot by choosing Toy of Rs 250/- hence fulfuling their condition, to my utter dismay same sequence unfolded.
Did not want exercise any other option except COD when dealing with Letsbuy.
Finally could purchase anything from Letsbuy.but atleast did not loose anything .Thank god.
sheer callousness on part of LB regarding payment option information.
LB please share correct information to the customer which eventually help in customers Delight.
