Touch feel retail still better than online shops

I ordered a Blackberry 9670 Reliance handset, received a hundred phone reminders and emails to confirm my Cash on Delivery order; finally heard from the courier almost 2 days after the promised date. To my chagrin and disdain, the delivery was offered in a cheap cardboard repackaged box, with no trace whatsoever of the RIMs original sealed packing. On insisting that I would like to see the product before paying cash, I was flatly refused and told rudely that pay up and then open the box. Along with my counter refusal, I clearly stated that if this was not the way it could be done, then why would I opt for COD at all? Getting no cooperation, I refused the delivery and that my friends, shall be my first and last online order!
