So the first time I used this site to order a Panasonic cordless phone. And the experience was great. The delivery time and the price offered were matchless.
This gave me the confidence to order something bigger, a 42" 3d TV. (Order number 475901 if Letsbuy is listening).
Started with a delay in delivery. The product was dispatched 6 days after I paid online using my Amex card. The customer care said the delay was because of Amex payment realization. It took around 5 day after that to deliver my product on 24th October.
Problem starts now. Opened the box and found the Main remote missing. Searched in an out of the box for 30 minutes, it just wasnt there. The batteries of the remote however were neatly packed. Also was missing the LG scratch card. Called up the customer care and a guy named Vinod was very courteous and assured me that the remote will be delivered in 2 days time.
About the scratch card, he somehow convinced me that the Hungama vouchers packed along was the scratch card. I was stupid to believe him. Later saw on the letsbuy website that the scratch card was LG scratch card and not Hungama scratch card. Called and put up a complaint again today, 27th oct 2011. Waiting to hear from Letsbuy. Will update the review if things proceed in some direction.
BTW, I am not a serial cribber and you can see that I recommed all but 2 products so far in all my reviews. Also worth mentioning that the TV is working fine and all other accessories except the main remote and scratch card were supplied properly including the Magic motion remote, the 8 GB USB card and Hungama vouchers.

Kind of have given up on Letsbuy. Now following up directly with LG. Seems this is what I should have done in the first place.
Update... Dec 31st
So I finally got everything in place on the new years eve. A fresh working model of the TV, with all accessories was delivered arounf beginning of Dec. 15 days later they delivered the Microwave that I won with my scratch card. I would like to sincerely thank the Customer care manager, Vishal Gurung for his relentless follow up with LG to set things right.
I am now changing the rating from 1 to 3. I think the most problematic part through this experience was contacting the Lets buy call center. The guys did not know what I was talking about. But now the TV works great and so does the free Microwave that came along.
