They dont live up to their commitments

Letsbuy.com, customer care is pathetic, and supervisors are like rickshaw wala bhaiyas, no customer handling skills, they dont listen, and they are not even bothered about their CEO. They will call u a liar.


I purchased a Nikon camera, initially they shipped a second hand camera, and then later when I received a replacement they refused to send me free stuff, which was displayed when I placed an order, memory card, camera pouch and a rechargeable battery. Even I wrote to CEO of letsbuy.com, he didn’t even find time to reply. So from this we can think and imagine what kind of fraud they are.


Even if employ is not scared of their CEO, then I can conclude their is no CEO of this company, it might a group of people running this site and in free time they must be sitting next to their representatives and handling CC calls.
