Non delivery of product order number LSB967334

I unfortunately ordered a product i.e. mobile phone karbonn 25(i) white from this site on 02 apr2012 (ORDER NUM LSB 967334). I was promised that the the product will be delivered in 4 to 7 days. Problem started on 04apr 12 when the courier company BLUEDART called me at 2100h to say they have misplaced the product. Subsequently I informed letsbuy on their help desk number on 05apr12, 07apr12 and everyday after that till date.The standard reply is someone will contact me in 24hrs.


Till date no one from letsbuy has contacted I only keep ringing up. The product has not been delivered and I hope that it will be.What a mess. My first experience with letsbuy. I have been buying from ebay, flipcart etc never faced such callous attitude.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL TO AVOID THIS COMPANY. STILL HOPING TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT IN ONE PIECE.
