Wrong product has been dispatched.

This is to inform all of you that the product which was wrongly dispatched by Letsbuy(Windows7 Home Basic to Windows7 Home Premium) has already been sent back to them vide FedEx India shipment tracking no 876993259186 on dated 10-01-2012 18:15hrs, which was confirmed received by Letsbuy on dated 11-01-2012 against my Order number – 722547.


So many times I have requested to send me my required Product(Name - Windows Anytime Upgrade: Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 Home Premium), for which I have paid the amount mentioned in their website (Rs.4, 780/-) dated 16-12-2011 but till date(1st Feb.2012) I have not received my ordered item.
