Unfulfilled promise

I had ordered Steel Series 5H V2 USB Headset on 9th December. I received the wrong product( that is some xbox 360 games CD). when I tried to call I had to wait for 15 min to talk to a customer care rep. He raised a complain and requested to ship back the product for which he arranged for the courier pick up. So far so good


But its been one month since I placed the order but I have still not received it. my order no is LSB-704511. and complain ref no CC111235618.


It’s been a horrible experience. I bought from letsbuy cos it was slightly cheaper compared to other sites like flipkart but this is too big a price to pay for saving few hundred bucks.
