I made business through letbuy.com, due to network issues my selected product was declined but my
amount got deducted. same thing is communicated to customer care guys but they were keep on telling
they didnt receive amount from respective banks.
Even after giving proper trace number from bank they were still telling this is problem from respective bank. I called around 10 times to customer care guys and I was on hold at least for 0.5 hrs due to which I lost Rs.200/- for phone bill with out making any purchase:(:( .
Now I started sending mails to customer care guys for few mails I dint get response at times. Now I decided to send strong mails which says "i will proceed in consumer court".
Finally it took around 3 months to get back my money.
