Complaint #CC111130436 - Car mobile Charger(order # LSB-594143) delivered was defective and looked used!
Dear friends,
I had ordered a **’Callmate Hybrid Charger with Multi-USB cable’ and unfortunately the charger was defective and looked old. I informed letsbuy on 14 Nov 2011, and here I am today - they even haven’t picked up the defective charger - leave alone sending me a new one according to their replacement policy.
IMHO - This site is very unreliable. I was lucky that I bought an item sub Rs. 500. If I had bought a laptop or something very expensive(previously was contemplating an online purchase), and if that had turned out to be faulty, it would have given me sleepless nights.
For all the folks out there - If you love your sleep - STAY CLEAR OF LETSBUY.COM!
