Exellent customer support

I placed an order for samsung galaxy pro form letsbuy on 22 july and they shipped the product the very next day on 23 july through aramex courier however it was not delivered till 26 july I had words with aramex and they were saying that they had tried to deliver the product but no one was available home at the time of delivery however somone was always available at my home. so I called letsbuy and they assured cce told me that he is escalating the case. and even I received a call from letsbuy executive that they are looking into the matter and are checking with aramex and they assured me that the product will be delivered by tomorrow.


and really it was delivered the very next day at 4.30 pm .
