Lets never buy

I orderd myself a philps mp4 on 2/11/11.but I dnt receiven even a single mail from LSB.inspite of calling them many times and writing them number of mails they dint turn up.and my order numb is LSB-567118.


I have done they paymest through my SBI maestro card.and they say the same old story"paymeny not done".though the appropriate amount has been deducted frm my account.i kindly request you to help me if u can(my email id-rockontheclouds@gmail.com) and guyd plz dnt make urself get into the same trouble and plzz do help me if u can I wanted to gift dat product as a present.thnx.LSB plz show some mercy.
