Worst Services Letsbuy.com - Do not get trapped.

I placed this Order # LSB-404681 on 21st September. Despite my calling them multiple times for 3 orders placed with them and my cancellation of one of the orders, still they have not improved and I have not received the second product yet. To my nightmare when I looked into the dispatched history, it seems like the order has been wrongly dispatched.


What type of company is Letsbuy? I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GET TRAPPED BY THEIR RATES AS WITH THE HARASSMENT THAT YOU GO THROUGH, IT IS BETTER TO SPEND SOMEWHeRE ELSE.


TODAY WHEN I CALLED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER, I SPOKE TO ANOTHER UNPROFESSIONAL REP.(Vishal Aggarwal) who said that he cannot cancel the order as it has been dispatched. My question is "Has it been dispatched to me?" For their mistakes, I cannot suffer, I had to gift someone and the product would be of no use to me by the time it will be delivered.


I am planning to take a legal action. Hope that opens their eyes to understand the meaning of customer service.

Letsbuy.com - Never go for Pre-Payment

I placed three orders: LSB-405554, LSB-405542  & LSB-404681


Unfortunately I paid in advance through Credit card. The order on their portal shows as "Confirmed" and I even received messages from my bank-Citibank about the transaction.


But when I called them to check on the status, I was informed that they have not received the payment yet. Their illogical reasons and the first rep said that she is sending an email to their accounting deptt. for the same was conflicted by the second rep who said that they will contact the third party payment gateway for the same.


Despite my telling them that I can forward them the emails from my bank about the transactions, they had no clue and no gurantee when this problem would be resolved.


Finally when I asked them to cancel my order, I heard another unprofessional answer that they cannot do it.


I asked them to give that in written and the rep asked me to send an email. I informed him that I have already done that and have  not heard from them yet.


Very poor service. Reps are not knowledgeable or seem like half trained on their jobs.


No other option left for me other than waiting for someone to resolve this issue.
