I had submitted one prepaid ordered for one 300 ltr Kelvinator Fridge (KCP 314) order LSB-909193 through website https://LetsBuy.com


It was mentioned on the website that product will reach within 8-12 days. I have ordered it on 09-March-2012 and expected that fridge will be delivered on time as mentioned in the site.


Till today i.e. 26th March 2012 neither I got the product nor I received any communication from Letsbuy.com. Where ever I called Letsbuy customer care I got extremely irresponsible response that my order is in process and they have escalated my issue to Escalation department. Mailed to their CEO also Hitesh Dhingra, he seems to enjoying on customers money & fooling customers & making fraudulent websites to extort as much money as possible.


I am disappointed with the service & want to file a suit in Consumer Court on the grounds of mental agony, physical discomfort & harassment.
