Unfullfiled promise of a Diwali Gift

This is my first ever purchase from letsbuy.com. Order I’d : LSB 467697

Till now I used to buy online only from ebay. The free diwali gift prompted me to try and buy from this website.

I admit the buying experience was wonderful indeed.

But I received my order without the promised diwali gift. I did not get any mail response from the customer care inspite of sending a number of mails to them.

Even the customer care phone no is not reachable to me.It is either busy or am kept on hold for long period & ultimately I have to disconnect as it is an STD call for me.

I do not know what to do now.I wanted to be their lifetime customer but have started thinking otherwise now.
