Letsbuy.com is pathetic

Reference : ORDER LSB-387758

I placed the order for Sony Camera on 14th September and it included a camera case as part of the package. The camera case that was sent initially was a wrong one which they offered to replace and took it back but till 19th October they have not sent the camera case. First of all their customer service is pathetic. Its impossible to reach their call center and no one will call you to update about the status. The call center executives are like parrots and repeat the same thing "It will be delivered in a day or two". I do not understand what kind of website they are running with such poor customer service.

My final advice:

lets not buy from letsbuy.com

letsbuy.com is run by a gang of cheats and liars.
