Contrary to some of the reviews that I see here - I have had one of the best experiences in online shopping with Letsbuy.com. I have being ordering stuff from sites such as Flipkart, Infibeam (Thats Bad ! ), Fashionandyou ( Very Bad ! ) and Yebhi.com. - Flipkart is good with respect to the delivery of normal in stock items, however I have had a couple of instances where they goofed up on deliveries and products.
I got to know about Letsbuy - through a banner on one of the blogs - I was looking for a hand blender and I happened to find one the site - I liked it, I chose COD and everything went smooth. I recieved the product the next morning ( Very fast service, I live in Delhi and they work out of Delhi I guess..) .the delivery boy was wearing a Letsbuy T shirt - Am assuming they do the deliveries themselves - which was nice. The blender was packed well and worked pretty good. Nice Deal.
A few days passed - and I started receiving mailers from Letsbuy - Glad they dont send sms’s like others. I was looking for a gift for my brother and the android phone looked nice - I bought it on a CC as they were offering EMI - which worked well and same standard of service - the phone was delivered within 15 hours ...this time by Blue dart .! what happened to the LB guy ..anyways ..the product was packed well ...sealed box and also something to cheer about a free bluetooth...loved the surprise.
I think some people have been having trouble with them ...with respect to payments, or shipping - Take my word ..they worked well for me ..and I have referred LB to a few friends and they have loved it tooo..
For the letsbuy team - I had a great experience. But focus on issues highlighted by others - you guys will rock.
