Never buy anything from letsbuy. horrible service

Hi there,


I m from chennai, bought a hp pavilion dv6-6121tx laptop from letsbuy.com in a COD(cash on delivery) mode..date: 27jan.. the price listed on website was 54, 000RS. Let’s buy took 10% of the laptop’s amount 5400 which I paid while purchasing using debit card online and I was informed to pay 48, 600 Rs whenever they deliver the item.. the order number is 812678 and very next day the order was shipped through aramex  awb no is 6277069013.. jan 30th a person from aramex on my doorstep with the package and a receipt.


I was excited at that moment and then he s asking me 54000 rs and he is having the bill and reference.. but 48600 is the actual price that only I have to pay, . not 54K.. then he refused to give me the item and taken back.. I gave a complaint on the same day to letsbuy.. cc person said that he is taking the complaint regarding this issue and it has been forwarded to logistics department.. he asked me to wait for 24-48hrs..


I was calling ever since to know the status of that problem.. finally they said they are going to take the item back and reship it with new invoice.. this procedure really sucks!!.. well let me continue.. I was really frustrated at that moment and then I asked cc person to cancel the purchase and refund my money back. I thought reshipping could take few days extra.. and then he said once we receive the product we will initiate the refund.. then they received the item. I called and confirmed it and asking them now initiate the refund and then he said "I initiated refund and it will be credited to your bank within 21 w.days maximum but there is no confirmation to my email or to my letsbuy account yet.. well I m not finished.. I thought its common sometimes mistake happens in big companies..


So then I went into the same website again and I bought the same laptop, i paid 10% here as well.. this time the order number is 820836 dated: 31/01/12.... it was shipped by yesterday 2/2/12.. aramex awb: 6277083960.. today morning same aramex person calling me and informed me that again the product shipped with the same amount 54000..  omg!!! what the heck? what do they really think?? what the hell??why the problem again this s really awkward. very bad ridiculous service I have ever seen.. I was so frustrated and called them and my voice little hyped.. but cc person handling it cooler and said he will forward this complaint and I will have to wait 24-48 hr once again..i almost bought 30-35 items online with ebay, fliplkart, saholic, indiapalaza..Never had this kind of problem..I wasted my time.


Now you guys tell me whose problem is this.. I just bought a laptop online..  and this s the first laptop I m buying by me.. my earned money and myself .I was excited.. now see they proved everything wrong.. people can make mistakes but it should not be repeated.. well here they are not doing their good business.. 27 Jan to 3 Feb .. I wasted time waiting for my very first laptop.. and still I will have to wait .. giving your money and waiting for the product... does it make any sense? really.. I will never purchase anything again from letsbuy this is my last purchase if it takes time I will cancel this order as well.. as I don’t want to waste my time money and energy repeating the same problem every time when I call to letsbuy..
