This is the most pathetic ever online shopping site. At first, they do not deliver what they promise and then, they actually drag the replacement part once you lodge a complaint saying that you’ve received the wrong product. It’s been 10 days and i’m still waiting for them to collect the wrong product and replace it with a product that I actually paid for. This has been my worst ever online shopping experience.
Not to forget, the most uncooperative customer service too! I’d rather want Kapil Sibal blocking people from accessing Letsbuy.com than monitoring social networking sites. In short ‘letsNOTbuy.com’.
