Totally Disappointed with Letsbuy.Let me never buy

I have ordered a product for Letsbuy.com on April 14, 2012. Till now they haven’t updated anything on my order. I have mailed them many times but of no use. They are simply neglecting my mails. They are not at all wiling to inform me on what happened to my order. They can at least tell the reason for delay. I have seen many similar experiences in mouthshut.


So I am really worried and even thinking about taking some legal action against them. I expect support from all those who have similar experience with letsbuy.com. Lets fight together against all such online fraudulent merchants.
