Fake service, I want my money back

I ordered a mobile on 2nd December 2013, they rejected my application. But still they didn’t refund my money.

I will go to consumer forum and lodge a complaint against their site. Even they didn’t communicate after application rejection.

Please help me out!

Anybody out here got their money back and how please share.
