At first when I ordered le 1s on 2nd february.it delivered me on 5th february.fast delivery I think, because my location is a rural area in odisha.then the phone and its software is good.only the demerits are the camera in low light and in night light is very bad and the clock app not responding.but the look is a unique in this price range( 10999) .a unibody metal look is good in this range.i used it for 20 days.on 25th february I have received an ota update for my phone of size 45 mb.is solves the clock problem and camera redness.
But it stands many other problems againest those problems.like my fingureprint sensor not work well.i cant add more than one fingerprints correctly, the battery drains too fast than the previous, the phone autometically reboot many times in my pocket.when I have these problems.i then go to the nearest customer service center of letv.( I got the address from flipkart) .
But there they said that then are not the authorised service center on this company.they dont provide any service.then I again called flipkart and they told me a install a app called smart cheak and give me a code.they cheak my phone remotely and said that there any no problems and they cant accept my return request of this product and cut the call.very bad return policy from flipkart and also very bad aftersell supprot from letv company also.
