The overall performance of the phone is good. Touch, display, multitasking, fingerprint sensor, 3gb ram, 32gb internal in which 29gb is usable(OMG that is awesome), metal body, super fast charging are some of the major pluses of the phone. Torch(3rd party app is available in play store), FM.
Average(decent though) camera clarity, weight and thickness of the phone are some of the things which is a slight drawback, which is in fact a minor influencing factor in deed. Those guys were not even ready to address my issue, they just kept on saying "Physical Damage" "Physical Damage" "Physical Damage". Then I called Letv’s toll-free number, that guy initially said that they do not provide warranty for in-box accessories, he may be a rookie, so I educated him by telling that their company provides 6 months warranty for in-box accessories.
He got cornered and told me that the cable should be cut into two pieces and should not be in working condition in order to claim warranty after hearing that the cable is still working, I enlighten him by telling that the service engineer is blabbering as "Physical Damage" Physical Damage" for the past 5 minutes, then he told me to hand over the phone to the service center fool, they both discussed privately for a couple of minutes and that fool handed over the phone to me.
To my wonder, the stupid who does not even know that their company provide 6 months warranty for in box accessories, said they cant provide warranty for "Physical Damage" WTF, I argued how come my HTC desire SV data cable(bought by 2012), my red mi data cable(2014) is still in fine condition and this three months old cable got damaged and you are blaming me for it as I did it purposely.
The ultimate comedy is the old man working(i think security) in that 6 sq.m service center said "you would have bent the cable often, and that is why it got damaged", I said u r a fool and don’t try to make a fool out of me and walked away. The funny thing is that the customer care person whom I contacted through the toll-free number said ok, go ahead when I told him that I am going to post a review about this incident. Wake up LeEco, u cant survive in Indian Market or take market share unless you tie the loose
