For starters, the phone looks and feels absolutely premium. The build quality is comparable to phones that are a lot more expensive. While the usable RAM is only around 1.5GB, I found no apps crashing and there was no lag. The usable internal memory is also around 25GB but that’s more than enough for an average user.
I experienced no heating issues that were out of the ordinary. This is possible because I did not use the phone for gaming. The rate of battery drainage also wasnt too bad, considering that I had 3G running the entire time, 2 email accounts and whataspp/Facebook syncing, and was experimenting with the phone’s features all day.
The IR Remote function works fine, though, strangely, some of its instructions are in Chinese. I was able to use the universal remote feature on my TV and AC.
I was really apprehensive about the camera after reading reviews here but I found it to be good, especially in daylight. Pls don’t expect DSLR quality from a Rs 10k phone that’s already giving you so many features.
For an average user, the phone offers total value for money.
