All colleges in Mumbai have banned this company(and I think now Pune) so students are "imported" from lesser known colleges in Pune. Obviously, these are the colleges who are finding it difficult to place there students anywhere else.
Owner’s son gets his dog to the office and expects you to respect this. I think he is right. After all he(the dog) is the only one who loves this guy(standing ovation for this dog).
MD of the company gets drunk every day post 7 pm in the office itself.
There is no HR here. Are you still expecting HR policies!
There are 2 dumb ladies who take care of every thing and when I say every thing, I mean it.
Well you can be thrown out any day/time.and why not.after all so called "BOSS" is paying you so he "owns" you. Doesn’t he!
No more than handful of guys are working here for over a year. That speaks for itself.
You are called for some of the dumbest discussion in board room everyday were you are supposed to agree on everything (yes, even if you don’t like it). Sorry guys, you can’t help it.BOSS changes his mind everyday. This is nothing but "occupational hazard" of working here.
If you late for office even by a minute, be ready to pay.
Don’t apply your own thoughts while working here and if some day you feel itching to do so, remember point 6.
