I have had in the past several printers. I haven’t changed since I bought my first Lexmark. I bought a z31 because I loved my Z11. It had speed and quality and now the Z31 has both that and an even better quality of printing. I love that the printer menu tells how much ink you have left in your cartridges, both colored and black. It also tells when printing is starting and finished. It tells you when there is a problem with the printer and what it is. So when I am away from my desk in another room I can hear if something goes wrong. However I dislike that ink cartridges cost so much....I have since upgrades to a Z52 and it prints up to 2400 dpi’s and is so fast and is so clear on every thing I print. The pictures I take with my own camera, I copy and no one ever knows the difference.. I would recommend a Lexmark to anyone what ever the model...
